Information
The Sky Fest is returning to the New Smyrna Beach Airport April 5-7, 2024. This is your opportunity to be associated with the only airshow in Central Florida, providing you a unique opportunity as a vendor. In past years, The New Smyrna Beach Sky Fest has drawn upwards of 25,000 spectators from the surrounding communities. Air Shows provide you with a unique opportunity to sell your products and services. Check back for application forms and any updates associated with being part of this event.

EXHIBITORS are those that are exhibiting only and NOT selling any goods or services.
VENDORS are those who ARE selling goods or services on site.
SPONSORS who have a booth included in their sponsorship package MUST also complete this form.
In any of the terms, conditions or disclaimers described below, when the term "Vendor" it applies to all Vendors, Exhibitors, and Sponsors.
Payment and Certificate of Liability Insurance Documents (COI) are required no later than DATE COMING SOON.

If you prefer to pay by credit card or ACH, we will send an invoice with a payment link that includes a 3.5% processing fee for credit cards or $5.00 for ACH. Contact skyfest@cityofnsb.com if you wish to use this payment option.
Air show vendor space is limited. Vendor space requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
